Mr. Metzgar serves as the corporation’s Chief Executive Officer and has been involved with building and site designs for over twenty years. His vast experience with a variety of corporate and private clients, lends a valuable resource to Cornerstone’s clientele.

Mr. Anderson serves as the Chief Operational Officer and a active Professional Engineering Manager as a Principal Partner of Cornerstone. Mr. Anderson is responsible for the coordination, management and design of numerous multi-faceted projects, inclusive of commercial, residential and industrial developments. John’s 20 years of Engineering experience with project design and permitting are essential to the development of our client’s projects. His areas of expertise specifically lie in procurement of zoning, land development and building permit approvals; hydrologic modeling studies; flood studies; wastewater conveyance and treatment designs, DOT design and permitting; DEP NPDES and conservation district designs and all other aspects of design as required by Cornerstone’s clients.
